Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. To exercise this right, please contact us by email at support@lespetitsbantus.com and provide your order number.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal:

The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, with its packaging intact.

Returns must be sent within 14 days following your withdrawal request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
Claims for Defective Products or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within a maximum of 7 days of receipt at support@lespetitsbantus.com, providing the following:

One or more clear photos of the product and its packaging;

A video demonstrating the defect (mandatory for electronic games);

A copy of the invoice (proof of purchase).
If the product is defective, we will send you a new replacement product free of charge without requiring the defective product to be returned, provided that the evidence provided is sufficient.
In the event of an incorrect item, you may choose between:

A free exchange after returning the incorrect product (return costs covered by us); or

A store credit valid throughout our online store.
Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected (for withdrawals only), we will send you an email confirming receipt. If the product complies with the return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except when the return is due to an error on our part.
In the event of an incorrect item or a defective product, only an exchange or store credit will be offered; no refund will be provided.
