Terms of sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern sales made through the website lespetitsbantus.com, owned by Les Petits Bantus Group, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 942 603 135 00016, whose registered office is located at 25 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.

Article 2 – Products

Les Petits Bantus offers educational games and cultural products intended for children. The essential characteristics of each product are indicated on its product description page. Photographs are not contractually binding but are intended to faithfully represent the products.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT included). Les Petits Bantus reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Shipping costs are specified during the ordering process. The applicable price is the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

Customers place orders on the website through a secure ordering process. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is automatically sent after the order has been validated.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment can be made using the following methods: credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, or Klarna. Payment is due immediately. The order is validated once payment has been received.

Article 6 – Delivery

Deliveries are made to France, Belgium, and internationally via Mondial Relay, Colissimo, or other logistics partners. The estimated delivery time is indicated during the ordering process. Les Petits Bantus shall not be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Delivery Outside the European Union

For orders shipped to a country outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland or the United Kingdom), the customer is considered the importer of the products ordered. Prices are displayed excluding taxes (VAT excluded). Customs fees, local taxes, or import duties may be charged upon arrival and remain the responsibility of the customer. Les Petits Bantus shall not be held responsible for these additional charges.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
